Visit Registration

Los Alamos Neutron Science Center is the major experimental science facility at Los Alamos National Laboratory, underpinning the Laboratory as a world-class scientific institution.

Users are researchers who will be utilizing the LANSCE facility to perform experiments.

Users must register online at least:

  • 4 weeks prior to experiment for U.S. citizens
  • 2 months prior to experiment for foreign nationals.

How to register

  1. Click here to go to the LANSCE Experiment Management System.
  2. Log In using your email address.
    • Click "Forgot your password?" to reset if needed.
  3. Click on "Collaborations" on the navigation bar to list proposals you are a collaborator on.
  4. Select the Proposal you would like to register for and follow the prompts.
  5. When finished with collaboration information, please check and update your account information.
    • Click My Account, then Account Details.
    • Ensure that everything is correct.
    • Follow the instructions in the PII section if you plan to come on site.
